Subscriptions & billing

  • Nementum Pro is a weekly auto-renewing subscription.
  • Manage or cancel anytime via Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Use “Restore Purchases” in the app if access is missing after a re-install or device change.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple, according to their policies.

Common questions

I cancelled, but I still have access.

You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your Blueprint stays saved — you can return any time.

I lost my Blueprint / data.

Open the app signed into the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn’t show up, email us and we’ll dig in.

Will there be an Android version?

Not yet. Nementum is iOS-only for now — we’d rather do one platform well.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Email contact@nementum.comfrom the address on your account and we’ll delete everything within a few days.
